Improve what the business still relies on.
An older application may contain years of useful operating knowledge even when its technology needs attention. We investigate the working tasks and dependencies before recommending how much to change.
Establish the current state
We review source access, deployment, records, third-party services and the staff workflows that matter. A small reproducible task gives us a way to assess the system without assuming that a complete rewrite is the answer.
Choose a manageable intervention
Work may involve framework upgrades, interface repairs, dependency replacement, a new API or a staged transition. Each option is assessed against data quality, operating constraints and the effort of maintaining two systems during a move.
Keep the recovery decision clear
Changes are rehearsed where a suitable environment exists. We agree acceptance examples, the switch window and what happens to records created during the change. No outcome or timetable is guaranteed before the actual application and access have been reviewed.
