I stay involved in understanding the problem, reviewing existing software, agreeing a useful scope, building and testing the solution, and handing it over.
A project can begin with a focused repair, a customer portal, a staff task or a connection between existing tools. You do not need to commit to a larger rebuild before the problem is understood.
Clear reviews and responsibilities
Project communication normally takes place in English. Your organisation approves business rules and content and arranges the appropriate language and specialist review. Meeting hours, support and account ownership are agreed for the actual engagement.
