List records, sensitive data, roles, vendors, hosting, transfers, AI use, FADP/GDPR/sector advisers, authentication, access, incident needs, and evidence requirements.

Describe CHF/payment/invoice flows, provider status, VAT adviser, integrations, release calendar, environments, backups, maintenance, and support expectations.
